To pay with a check or money order, please complete the form and instructions below.
We can accept three types of checks:
a) Personal checks drawn on U.S. banks
b) Cashier’s checks or Bank Checks from non-U.S. banks, if they are for U.S dollars.
c) Money orders for U.S. dollars.
Address payment to “CST/CPS” and please be sure to denote that payment is for “WIFF Registration” somewhere on the check. Mail payment to:
